  Original Art

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination.

  • All artworks are packaged securely with protective materials.

  • Shipping insurance is recommended; responsibility for loss or damage during transit may vary depending on courier policies.

  • Fulfilment and shipping are handled by Printful.

  • Delivery times depend on Printful’s production schedule and courier services.

8. Return Policy — Prints & Merch (Printful)

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 14 days.

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods (e.g., face masks) due to hygiene regulations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional reshipment costs.

Printful reserves the right to refuse returns at its discretion, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Right to Return

You may return original artwork within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs).

Conditions

Returned artwork must:

  • be undamaged

  • be in its original packaging

  • include all certificates and documentation

We cannot accept returns of artwork that has been altered, damaged, or shows signs of wear.

Procedure

  4. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours.

Refunds

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different artwork, please place a new order.
