At Roza Szczot Art, we strive for your complete satisfaction with your artwork purchase. We understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning artwork.
1. Right to Return
You may return artwork within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund of the purchase price, excluding the original shipping cost.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must meet the following conditions:
•Undamaged Condition: The artwork must be returned in its original, undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns for any artwork that has been altered, damaged, or shows any signs of wear and tear after delivery.
•Original Packaging: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, including all protective materials, certificates of authenticity, and any accompanying documentation. Please ensure the artwork is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
•Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
